Great aid especially for the beginner

Great book--true to it's title
Have been looking for a book that addresses the culture of my "roots" and this is terrific. My mother, who grew up as a direct descendent and spent much of her childhood in New Brunswick testifies that the recipes are very much like what she grew up with. Love the book!
