  A USPS padded envelope turned up (admittedly quite rapidly) with nothing in it. It would appear that the Sugino cranks ordered had broken out of the envelope in transit. It seems that most likely this seller fails to pack and protect items to an adequate standard. Communicating with this seller has resulted in a meaningless "form" reply. I will not purchase from this seller again as I am out of pocket many $$ with nothing to show for it and he clearly defers all responsibility.
