Simply a great supplement
1 of 1 found this helpful One of few supplements i acutally feel when take with magnesium as a co-factor this gives me mental alertness and something i would describe as well being. It allows the magnesium to enter the cells where it can do its work. It also prevents iron-induced lipid peroxidation, which is the oxidative assault that triggers the break-down of connective tissue, arteries, bones and organs etc. This is only one of few benefits i know boron is helpful to initiate.

Allergy
I seem to have a gene defect of proline metabolism. Pll with schizophrenia also tend to accumulate proline to cause hyperprolinemia. Im sure this product is good quality tho.
