  the comments tell as no power lead - that is correct - however we did explain to the client that was OUR ERROR and that was to be rectified ie the missing lead would be sent under separate cover and as explained to the client that was sent by evri courier on Friday 5th April ...so yes there was an error but this is to be rectified - mistakes do happen ......correct in statement but gives out we feel an unfair " usumption" and did not explain that we made an error and that will be rectified
