Easy to use and produces great tasting coffee.
The Behmor 1600 is a convenient way to roast coffee beans. The only drawback is you have to stay with the machine while it is roasting. No set it and forget it as Ron Popiel might say. The last roaster I had was destroyed because I did not stay with it. After every roasting, it is necessary to clean the roaster. Chafe is an annoying byproduct of roasting and is sometimes difficult to remove. The coffee beans are easy to load and remove. There is an adequate variety of settings the operator can choose from, like the weight of the beans to be roasted, the optimal setting for the type of coffee you are roasting and a time increment button should you need to increase/decrease the time of the roast. Overall a great roaster!!
