Jamie Still Shines Magically More Than 20 Years On
Jamie and the Magic Torch was a kids program about a young boy and his dog, who, after his mum tucked him in at night, the boy used his magic torch (how he got it, and what made it magic remains a mystery) to warp the pair into another world.
The DVD was a good way to take a nostalgic trip back to my childhood. The whole first series on one DVD gave me a couple of hours entertainment.
Even though the first and last few minutes of each episode are the same animated sequence, the program is fun, funny, and something I could watch time and time again.
Although the program was made back in the early eighties, I think it would still entertain young children these days, the stories will provoke a child's imagination, and in my opinion, is better than a lot of the kids shows these days.
Recommended.

Really EnjoyUsing iPad Mini 2
The first iPad I have owned, and actually really enjoy using it. Very simple to use, and very portable. The 4:3 aspect ratio of the display means it is very good for reading ebooks, viewing web pages and viewing photos but not so great for watching movies, unless they are older ones in 4:3 rather than 16:9.
Good: Build quality, display, portable, camera, apps, battery life.
Bad: Speakers, slippery, awkward to use one handed.
Summery: Recommend the iPad Mini 2 if you can find it for less than £175.

Only One Minor Problem
The keyboard is easy to type on the the keys a decent size, and being backlit is probably useful to some but I have so far never needed it, it does look nice though but probably helps drain the battery.
The only problem I have with it is finding the right and left trackpad buttons, the trackpad itself is a bit small and not defined enough, so clicking it can take a few attempts.
Generally I am happy with the keyboard and find it an improvement from the Touch Cover that I was using before.
