A very helpful book.

I bought this book because I wanted to read something by this author. I am very pleased with it. In fact, I am rereading it to get the message. I have never thought about my heart as a storage place for all of the guilt and anger I feel. The book also tells what to do about it.

Terrific book and very inspirational.

I bought this book for a Sunday School class. It is easy to read. It has good examples that are understood.
