Getting fit while having a laugh.
I have exercised over the years at home and found the dvds were getting boring, I needed something different. In this dvd Davina makes exercise fun, you dont feel pressured. Easy nto follow and not too hard but you do know you have done something. I will reccommend this dvd to anyone who wants to exercise in thier own home. Great value, well worth buying.

Never used a product like this before, its great fun, you can make so many things with it, best thing I have purchased in ages.

Amazing lady
1 of 1 found this helpful After seeing this lady on tv I was so amazed how she lived I had to read the books. I have full respect for Amanda she is a credit to women. Juggling a farm with 9 children and her husband is just fantastic. I would love to meet her
