A solution for getting out of bed. Inexpensive and wonderful to use.
Fit this bar to your mattress and that's all you have to do. Slide it right under, and you have a firm, safe grip to hold onto as you get in or out of bed.
I am young, but have arthritis which is pretty awful in the morning. I was at the point of asking my other half to help me get out of bed in the mornings.
No longer!
My arms take the brunt of my weight as I get out of bed, saving my back.
Besides being a fine bed helper, I hang onto this grip when picking up something off the floor that slid off the side table. I hang onto it while putting on pants.
This is a clever and inexpensive solution. I tell my friends to get "the bar."

Make your own pesto and dip with fresh herbs.
The herbs grow quickly and well. No bugs. Making pesto and cream cheese dip with them. Yum.

Getting the moisture back
Got dry fingers? Dawn takes the oils right out. Good for dishes, bad for hands. CeraVe puts the oils back in.
CeraVe is smooth and thick. It just feels good.
