All Hail the New Flesh!
I loved it - if U, like me, r into modernisme & industrialisme ur in heaven watching this movie :-) I´m positive that the guys from Fear Factory have watched this more than once! It portrays the desensitized modern man perfectly and Woods actually gives a good performance :-) That said - the movie will not appeal to all but I´d recommend it to everyone looking for something out of the ordinary.

Semi-Hardcore delivered with nerve and skills
When this album first came out I overlooked it somehow despite hearing, and liking, the tight aggresive hit Let the bodies hit the floor. Forgot all about the band and was reminded of the albums existens when watching the trailor to the new Rambo movie. I immidiately went on Ebay and bought it - and man I loved it, the whole thing is consistent and carries the, all to often mutilated and overused, angst and frustration of the modern alienated youth :-) I found myself listening to it like 5 times in a row and it still has frequent airtime - sooo Much recommended album. So sad the singer died shortly after recording it. He could have gone all the way :-( Greenfort

The flipside of Slipknot
Coreys original band has been somewhat put on ice after Slipknots hugh succes, but damn I´m glad he found the time to do something about it again. The nerve is there and so is the groove. Nu-metal? Yessir but with great respect for the heavy metal and industrial traditions. At times I felt taken back to the era of Metallica and similar metal bands. The vocals are near perfect. Mixing the growls and and random outbursts of rage that we are used to from Coreys throat with rock and "normal" singing. To sum it up - A much recommended album. Theres something for both the hardcore nut, the metalhead and those who just approach music with and open inquisitive mind. Greenfort
