DIY or Proffesional
As it states it's DIY, I got my set, nice and cheap and quick delivery, ok, so is it any good, if your are a full time professional forget it, broke my set on first day, kneeling on a screw: suppose it could have been my knee, so in effect that was good. But fell apart after a weeks hard work, but that what I bought them for. So I am relatively happy with my purchase, I could have spent 10 times more and then put them in a draw for 5 years, I can still patch these up for next time, so the choice is yours.

Good price and works fine in many but not all applications.
0 of 1 found this helpful I fitted this lock system and had hoped that it would fit the metal door and that the bolts would go behind the concrete door pillars on a rented council garage. I tried packing the locks back but found out the key and fixings bolts weren't quite long enough for that. I had to drill the concrete pillars for the bolts to fit into. Despite having a good battery powered hammer drill and special never break drill bits it wasn't easy. Damaged most of the drill bits used. If you think you need to space your locks back or fit into concrete, save yourself some aggravation and buy a longer key version. I wish I had done that. Apart from that they were fine.

Don't expect to much.
1 of 1 found this helpful After my camper van was broken into I purchased one of these to use when going away; They broke the rear camper door lock but were unable to get in that way, so they then broke in through the front door lock. The alarm went off, we ran back to the camper to find them driving off. Description of men and Car and Reg Number given to Hampshire Police, they looked into the details and said it couldn't be the car owners as they were known to the police and after all they lived miles away, in the next county. I expect that the car had been given to someone else, as it was no longer taxed or MOT'd. The police wouldn't even phone the original owners to find out who had the car. So why did I tell you all of this, because its all up to you to secure your vehicle. This box will only slow them down by about 10 seconds, hide it somewhere as I did, that will slow them down if they can't see it, they MAY leave if you have an alarm and the alarm is going off, and if there are people about. I have now fitted extra lock on all the main doors, I've also fitted a Yale safe for bigger items. This box is a good start to making small items or small documents semi secure in your vehicle, but it's not the whole answer, depending on your vehicle or circumstances.
