  I had accepted I would pay over the odds for what is a rare vehicle owner's manual, I had no issue with the agreed price. My concern was that such an expensive item was sent through the post in just a Jiffy bag, it arrived bent up and creased more than to the degree shown in the photos. A few sheets of stiff cardboard used in the packing would have ensured that this rare owners manual would have arrived in a decent condition.

  Go to Specsavers to buy glasses. Pictures are clearly showing it's bent already. Inside its as new, thats the important bit. Just put some books on top for a few days to straighten it, but a brainless buyer cant think that far i guess.

  Found the part and asked a few relevant questions. Quick and accurate reply. However, seller strained a leg muscle so did not post it. I then followed up 5 days after it should have been posted. Oh sorry etc. eventually posted on a Friday but now bank holiday so arrived over a week late. Lesson….communicate, apologise and update, ones uses ones hands for that!! Accidents happen that’s life but let people know!!

  Exact part in excellent condition. A quick bath in the ultrasonic cleaner and it went right it. Shipping was very good for international and the item was well packaged. Will definitely use this seller again.
