Leupold DeltaPoint Kimber Mount
Recommended only because it is the only off the shelf way to mount the excellent Delta Point sights on a Kimber. The dovetail is too small for the dovetail slot on the slide. I had to add a .012" shim to tighten it up enough for the screws to effectively lock it. Used a little super glue too. Double sided tape under the plastic spacer helped. Could have been engineered better to make me robust.

Fitting rq'd on post '64.
Good finish, matches original guns finish & quality. In other words, it has a production finish not a super perfect custom finish. Fitting is req'd of the pin slot for this c.1980 M '94. Cam be filed or milled easily, then cold blued without visible finish being affected. The lever is a bit longer & loop larger than I prefer but totally acceptable. Seems a bit pricy, hard to make any $$ on the part. Then again, large loop finger levers are in style now.

Fit not exact
1 of 1 found this helpful This is plastic not die cast like OEM. There is a gap along the top edge that’ll need black caulk. It did come with a new clip for the latch rod, which is handy. If the clip were heat treated, it would actually hold the latch rod. Oh, and the lock cylinder pushes back so the key doesn’t work. Price was very low, so it’s good enough to get a beater off the used car dealers lot. Not good for a daily driver or a resto.
