Awesome Product
This stuff is magic. The grossest dog vomit disappears. Kinda expensive, so I can't say it's a "good value." But it's way cheaper than replacing your carpet, so...

Superior to OEM part
This part is an exact fit for my 2015 X5. It is superior to the OEM part.
The only reason for 4 stars is that the “theft resistant” screws might be a problem down the road if I were to misplace the wrench to remove them. I would prefer regular Phillips head screws. Also, the license plate mounting screws could be a quarter inch longer. I installed a decorative license plate frame over my plate, and I needed to substitute longer screws for the top 2 Mounting holes.
Minor gripes for a quality part at a decent price.
