Defective machine
0 of 2 found this helpful This Tascam unit would not start running this morning. It will not turn on. The power cord is lit but the machine has no power when I turn on the switch. I also swapped out the power cord from my old identical Tascam unit and the machine would still will not come on. The phone jack was defective when the unit arrived but I could work around that. I can’t work around this. What is the process for getting reimbursed for the unit?
