Good quality but...
With the lid on, the height of the pan is approx 15cm, not the 6.5cm stated in the ad. This means that I can only use one shelf in the oven. The pan also seems to take a very long time to heat up, and requires a higher oven temperature setting. Quite honestly, I find it easier to to wrap food in aluminium foil for cooking. This is quicker, saves fuel, and requires less cleaning.
