Works great
1 of 1 found this helpful It's a very powerful mixer and does a great job with bread doughs and creaming but it has no slow speed. Even on number one speed, the lowest it has it will leave you covered with flour. It also shakes a bit as it is going so fast.. I now add the flour mixture by hand.
