Motorola Surfboard SB6141 Did Not Work
0 of 5 found this helpful I asked called my service provider and we attempted to get my internet to connect to the modem (in conjunction with a router that I already had). The router worked perfectly fine. The provider was unable to connect to the modem. It cycled through the symbols but the green globe symbol flashed a few times but did not stay lit. That was the only symbol that did not want to come on. The provider said they could not connect to it. The device will be returned.
