Well worth the money, if you want to lose weight.

I don't find I'm as hungry as I use to be. I'm also diabetic type 2, and weight loss is so important to me, these help me because i wouldn't be able to do it without help , I'm a binge eater or was, I'm on my way to my goal, to go out without being embarrassed.
