Check the returns policy

I mis-read the seller's TOC's and thought there was a returns policy for this purchase. Sadly there wasn't and I purchased a unit that seemed to have developed a fault in the post!. Completely useless and now consigned to a re-cycling centre. I believe the seller should take more care with the packing of delicate electronic devices as this might prevent such events.
