The original rust protection and still going strong.
I have been using this product for 40yrs, and will continue to do so. As an owner of old and classic cars, it is a great help in maintaining them in top condition. The oil is still available in the same 5L tins, without any gimmicks or fancy packaging and the successful formula appears not to have changed. After jet-washing road dirt/salt/grit and applying rust converter, waxoil then provides long-lasting protection. It is the best product for spraying inside doors, sills, chassis members and other difficult to access places. It is best used in Summer, when much easier to use as a free-flowing liquid, otherwise requiring heating. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Very high quality product.
After an outer drive shaft boot burst on my 28 year old Honda Accord, I decided that the best solution was to replace both the boot and CV joint. This repair kit provided everything that I needed, including CV grease, metal boot retaining clips, hub nut and circular shaft clip. The components were all of excellent quality and I was soon confidently back on the road.

Bristles too soft.
I have previously had similar brushes that had stiff bristles, and could be used for a variety of purposes.
They lasted a long time, with the bristles wearing out before they became soft.
Unfortunately, the bristles on these brushes were far too soft, and became even softer once immersed in hot soapy water.
As a result, they quickly became less effective for washing up, and were not much use for anything else.
The 3 (or previously 4) brushes for £1 from pound shops were much better quality and value than these much more expensive ones.
I won't be buying anything like this online again, as you don't really know what you're getting until it arrives.
