  I paid for the item but didn't receive it, when I contacted the seller she said she was on holiday (she hadn't put this info up in the normal way). I asked if she could send me the item after her holiday, but I got no reply to that and she instead refunded me. She then put the item back up on eBay at twice the price I paid for it.
