an excellent resource as to why we make so many of our decisions, and how to Change our outlooks and approaches to improve our reactions and relation
The content was excellent. The book was so full of high lighting and notes in ink it was too distracting to read. I found a copy at Goodwill in pristine condition for a dollar.
