Great multi-remote control
Handles ALL functions of all audio-visual devices very well. The installation of TV, recorders etc are done using their computer program. There are enough keys on the remote to allow comprehensive customisation. Their customer support is excellent, which includes doing some work on your function definitions. You can "learn" functions from your original device. Where you disable your TV speakers tin order to use a soundbar, then you can replace the volume controls (up, down and mute) on the Harmony 351 remote control.
Their build is pretty good, but like all portable keyboards, the most-used keys may become a little tired after a couple of years. If you need a replacement, you can copy your previous set-up from the old to the new. If you lose or break your remote, you will be able to copy your stored definitions (on the program) across to the new one - perhaps this may be done by their customer support to make it easier.
There is a capability to control 8 devices, but if you customise more functions, then I feel that their memory is not up to comprehensive customisation for that number. But - I am happy with the four that I use.
There is no better product out there at present.
