  RM lost my connector in the post but the seller immediately offered to send a replacement and they communicated with me every day since I let them know that it hadn't arrived so as to out work what happened. I am waiting for the replacement and I'm sure it will be fine but in the mean time, I want to recommend this seller because they took full responsibility when the fault was with RM, didn't accuse me of trying to steal from them, and offered the replacement before I even had a chance to ask!!

  I received the replacement within days and it's great! Really good quality all the way through with clearly marked pos/neg/ground terminals. Will buy again from this seller no problem.

  Brand new items as described. Seller posted the items quickly. No problems at all with this seller. However, the delivery company EVRI are complete jokers. They left the parcel in the bin upon which they didn’t leave a note to say. After a lot of searching around my neighbour saw the delivery guy putting it in the bin. Great!! 100% not the seller’s fault though. My only advice is use a different courier cause EVRI are USELESS!!!! Thanks again seller A+++ 👍

  Product recieved, poorly packaged, friest spell this year and packaging was wet and ripped at the top, as if someone was trying to look inside, not seelers 100% fault but would advise stronger packaging to avoid dodgy post people. Item as described and does what its meant to.

  Slight issue with first delivery, as the inside insulators were defective, But the seller immediately replace them with a better quality set ant no cost, so cant complain about that. additionally the quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. It was delivered well packed and promptly. The price was reasonable. I'm very satisfied with the result.
