Badly supported flaky product

This appears to work up to a point, but my particular device shows everything too white. It was almost impossible to locate the configuration software, and when I did, I found it solved the problem but at the cost of delivering a jerky (2fps) image. When I asked Logitech for support they sent me a new piece of software to install (which didn't detect the camera at all) and a broken link to a support page. Probably OK hardware. Terrible software and support.
