She had sent cups with the wrong lids; not the ones pictured in her listing. She listed the items as New, but those new cups come with purple lids, not the white lids that she substituted. She offered me a credit of $1 per cup, or the alternative of returning everything at my expense. She also refused to credit me the original shipping cost, even though I never received the product as described.
