I already have one of these. It continue...

I already have one of these. It continues to be brilliant after many years' use. Unfortunately, this new one is disappointing. The small opening on the lid (where you pour the cereal) keeps falling off. I can't see a defect and so I just clip it back in place. However, my old one never had this issue.

Lovely cleanser, suitable for sensitive skin

Have used this product before so know it suits me. Arrived well packaged and timely. Less fragrance than my previous product (rose & lavender) that I bought from Boots. Not sure whether this is old stock or perhaps not stored properly.
