Takes time
1 of 1 found this helpful I started using this product after years of wearing hair extensions and giving me track alopecia. I read hundreds of reviews and for the cost I thought why not I use twice a day so my bottle lasts around a month and I use a capful each time. For First 6 weeks it did nothing, then my hair started to shred which is a sign it’s working. After 3 months I am starting to notice baby hairs! It won’t work straight away it does take time. The best before has no effect on the results it 100% works

Does help
Helps with my bloating but I’d probably see more effect if I actually took them when They said and not after I ate! Overall does work well if taken consistently

No really working
These, aren’t having the same effect on me as previous colon cleansing tablets I’ve tried! However I do suffer from IBS and these have helped massively. I’d probably continue to buy them on that basis!
