Excellent floodlight.
Excellent floodlight. Note: the 'Lux' setting determines when it comes one. Turning the dial to the moon symbol means it'll be active from dusk till dawn.

Does the job.
It's a reasonably robust loft hatch and simple to install. However, once the pins are in then the only way to remove the hatch is to dismantle the frame too. That's not practical. I made an alteration that allows me to remove the hatch easily. The manufacturer needs to change the design to allow for easy removal of hatch from frame once in situ.
