Three Steps To Heaven
It is good value. Small and I imagine precise. The connector pins on the back a fine plastic with very fine wire wrapped. They are weak and break easily. I mashed mine up when I simply touched meter prongs on with a little too much zest. The item is easy to integrate with 3D printing. I bought another one to treat a little better. Ironically It should perform as a spinner for coil winding.

Perfect dual lamp ballast. Wires could have been longer for my application. fortunately the balast can be hung or mounted and thus brought closer to the enclosure. It is quiet in operation and only gets warm to the touch when in use.
