I contacted Cali-Goods, and they immediately offered a solution, as well as to pay to return the laptop and replace it. The problem was resolved without having to ship the laptop back. These guys have great customer service, and they really do go out of their way to meet your needs. I have ordered a few items and always a great experience.

Best Bass for the Buck!
If you prefer Bass as the strong backbone for your music followed by really strong Mids and Highs then these are for you. I been a fan of Bluedio for a while and they offer great quality, for the best price. These are easily comparable to other bass strong headphones, and with their 12-drivers they out perform a lot of brands out there. If bass is not your thing then the company makes other products that better be suited for your musical taste.
