Poor voice quality for other listener
2 of 3 found this helpful I ordered two so I could cover my full work day and both have voice quality problems for the listener on the other end of the call. I used both and the listener could barely hear me speaking even when I raised my voice. I am not sure why, since I had good luck with previous versions of Plantronics Voyager. They were a complete waste of money.
