A perfect walkthrough complete with lots of pictures!
This information never goes out of date. Bill Wallace takes his years of experience and bachelor degrees to work in this step by step walk through of every stretch possible and profession instruction on kicking. I found this to be a very useful at home guide to take my karate class practice to the maxium level. The pictures are just as useful as the written info and leave you well educated on the proper way to preform in these two areas. Thanks Superfoot!
