  Calvin, I contacted Aragon regarding the ’frozen’ bezel. They asked whether or not I had removed the protective plastic cover from the bezel and glass. I had not. I did not want to disturb the newness if there was a problem. Well, not having removed the plastic WAS the problem. A whole more of the plastic was in contact with the glass than with the bezel. Something so simple. I removed that plastic disc from the glass and YES !, the watch is perfect. Thx Calvin 🤓
