Good, retro audio mp3 player
This 3rd gen iPod was in very good condition for it's age. It's only 15 gigs but, it holds enough music for me to enjoy all day long. The sound is pretty good (I convert my CD's to WAV file format) on crappy earbuds, I'd imagine it would be even better with a quality pair of earbuds or headphones. Battery life is not the greatest, it'll last about 7 hours of continuous music playing on a full charge (or a little bit longer if you turn off the backlight), but considering that I use this when I'm at work, or connected to a charger in my car on the way to work, it's not too bad. If you're getting one of these be sure to get a FireWire cable and charger because that is the only way to charge this generation iPod instead of using the sync cable like the later iPods.

Best Fly rod under $50
2 of 2 found this helpful The featherlight has a nice feel when casting and playing fish. Has nice aesthetics and good build quality for what you pay for. This the best low budget 4wt fly rod I have ever bought.

Must buy for 3rd gen iPod owners
Got the cables very quickly in the mail. This cable charges and syncs my 3rd gen ipod at the same time, it's great.
