No immediate reply so I had to chase. They admitted their error and they were too far away for me to offer to meet them half way to collect. My daughter was gutted 🤷🏼♀️ NO apology from seller. I asked eBay to intervene for my refund. Ah well. We got a beautiful bike closer to home in the end. All it takes is a sorry, I messed up (don’t we all) and I’ll refund you straight away.

Great value
This is great piece of kit. Sturdy, reasonably quiet and suitably sized . The handlebar reach is good and the seat to pedal position also works for me. The Bluetooth hooked up immediately to my ipad and is reliable. The only downside to it, as with most spin bikes in this price range is the resistance system. It is a turn knob that has no measurable increments so you cannot set the resistance as such, just best guess. Overall though great value.
