Awesome Alpina deal
I have two Alpina Pilot watches and was looking for their iconic 4 series "sport" watch that they originally sold back in the 1930s. I didn't know much about their "shadow" design and once I looked at it I was hooked. Looked at many watch shops but were selling at over $1000! Saw mine on ebay for just under $500 and snagged it. The all black design with the red second hand is very subtle and cool looking. I put on a rubber strap with a matching red under layer and makes for a great look. Alpina series 4 watches are forever and I plan on handing this down to my kids or grandkids. For the price from Ebay I think I got a awesome deal.

Perfect Watch, sleek, crisp look
I just love the sleek, clean look of the watch yet it also has that military look! The fact that it is good for 660 ft water resistance makes it even more awesome and worry free. The sapphire crystal not only adds to the toughest of the watch but it makes the face of the watch look so clear. I just purchased the Promaster Tough Chronograph so that gives you an indication of how much I like this product!

Technically and artistically cool watch for a great price!
I had been a bit hesitant to purchase this watch thinking it was too gaudy and large. I was wrong! It fits perfectly on my (7.5") wrist and the technology is pretty impressive. I found it easy to start and manipulate (with the help from a you tube session) between the time, calendar, chronograph, and timer. The backlight to see the digital time and date is pretty impressive. Knowing that you receive a signal each night from either the US, Europe, Japan, or China regulating the exact time is awesome. The high quality leather color coordinated strap was a bit to showy for me so I put on a Barton black silicon strap but the rest of the color on the watch is fantastic. Add the sapphire crystal, the 200 feet of water resistance, "Zulu time" and the 24 hour dial and you have a ridiculous watch for a great price. I have to say Citizen has made a very cool and technically impressive watch.
