An excellent product in all ways.
This phone is ideal for someone who has certain sight & hearing problems and is not good with modern technology. My husband has dementia which makes it very difficult for him to learn anything new. He could not manage his smartphone, but now manages to use this Binatone. Apart from being simple, the thing that I really liked was that shutting the flip-phone ended a call. I had found it frustrating that my husband usually forgot to end a call and therefore I could not phone back to him.
With his previous phone, another problem was that if he phoned me then I could hear his voice, but for whatever reason he could not hear me. With the Binatone this does not seem to be a problem.
