Great cool mat
Item came early. No care/use instructions but I suppose you don't need any.
You don't have to put it in the fridge, it always seems to be cool.
I put it under my pillow in my pillow case, when the dreaded hot flushes come I just simply turn my pillow over and it's heaven.

its ok
the product is ok, however sometimes when trying to clean the radiators the top handle part comes off. not sure if its just a fault with mine or poor manufacture
