Maintenance?
1 of 1 found this helpful Too hard to clean, instructions are very vague on that subject. Blades are sharp so care must be taken trying to clean them. It also doesn't work as easily as the hype says it does. Dicing an onion requires a repeated plunge of it, not a simple one stroke cut.

Very good addition to my kitchen
Cooks perfect plain rice and I used it for Jambalaya and it cooked that better than on the stovetop.
