The package got lost in mail despite being reported as delivered and I had to waste a lot of time calling the delivery company... It eventually showed up. The item is exactly as described and therefore I'm rather happy that I was finally able to get it. But paying 15€ for the delivery of such a small package ( 0.3kg) and having to deal with all the BS just to get it back was definitely a huge turn down. I would recommend to the seller to change his delivery company to a more professional one.

Item was poorly packaged and consequently arrived completely cracked and useless. Attempted to have dialogue with seller which came to nothing. Sent appropriate photographs which illustrated the fact that the item was broken. Refused returns request. Lost well over £600, and have nothing to show for it but a big piece of cracked glass. Extremely disappointed and out of pocket.
