  Turntable arrived without phono cable. Because has a SME 3009 tonearm the cost of a new cable will be high. Asked the seller about the cable and no response whatsoever. As soon I paid asked to remove the platter and place it underneath the turntable, seller said no problem and for my surprise the platter wasn't removed. What happened? Platter came off the spindle and bent it and also hit the tonearm and as a result damaged the headshell. Sent photos of it and again no reply. Disgraceful
