  Who refused to post item? I certainly did not. I informed you that the postage paid was insufficient , as informed by carrier, for me to send the washing machine. As far as refund is concerned I have been trying to reimburse you for the last 3 days and am still trying to do so. Please post factual feedbacks in future.
