The first occasion, they did not respond to my messages until ebay intervened. The second experience has been almost identical. My item shows as not despatched and I was advised to expect delivery by 19 Dec. All I want is the shoes - please! Comms could be better and delivery could be too. Unreliable and poor comminicators.
