Address was same as registered address and verified by eBay (and in use for several years)? Said they also cancelled because eBay did not pay them until item was delivered. That is normal as far as I know? And that they would sell to a dealer off eBay. Seller dishonestly sought to get out of a binding transaction. Do not expect to get what you buy. For all I knew the account could have been hacked and they might not have realised that they had to change the name in 2 areas. As for Ebay not paying until the item is received I have never had this before. What shop sends you an item without payment first. This was a valuable item and as a seller I have a right to cancel the sale if I have a good reason which I believe I did.

Feels good on skin
Feels good on skin compared to other brown mark pigmentation products l have tried- remains to be seen if it works as l have only used it for a week so far.
