Low Tension
These strings have much lower tension than other top brands. I had to completely change my setup, adjust my neck, and I still get buzzing. I would only recommend these for non-pros or backup only.

Versatile, Quiet, Good Sounding Pedal
1 of 1 found this helpful I decided to buy this pedal for two main reasons - the "synth swell" sounds and the "whammy" functions. I really like the synth sounds and I'm sure I'll work them into a song somewhere. The whammy works almost as my actual whammy pedal, however the travel of the pedal is limited and it makes it a bit harder to be accurate with the pitch. The other sounds are good as well. I really like the "univibe" setting and will use it quite a bit. I was also surprised to find that I really like the 1st wah setting too. It sounds great with my setup and I'm sure I'll use that a lot.
I was afraid the pedal might create some noise in my signal chain, but as far as I can tell it's dead quiet. That alone makes this a great pedal for my chain. I've been trying to reduce my number of pedals among other things to reduce my overall noise ratio and I'm very happy that this pedal meets my demands.
Something else I like is that you can push the rear part of the pedal down to access distortion on top of the selected effect. I can use that as an effective "in between" setting between my clean sound, and my distortion sound. When I don't want full-on distortion I can kick that on while on my clean channel and it sounds pretty good. What would have made this pedal better would be the ability to use the distortion only, without the effect, but that's no big deal.
The only other gripe I have is that if you set up your settings for say, the synth sound - now when you switch to another effect those same knobs may not be in the right place for that effect. You have to just set everything at a "happy medium" so all the effects will sound okay. It would be nice if you could set everything up for each sound, and have it save those settings.
Other than those two gripes I'm very pleased with this pedal so far. It allows me to get rid of a few stompboxes on my board, and sounds good. I can't say how reliable it will be yet, since I've only had it a short time, but it's built very well and I'm not too hard on my pedals anyway. I'd say this is a very cool pedal to own.

Cheap But Fun
I got this electric fly swatter to fight off giant insects in the country. It works great on mosquitoes and flies. It does not kill wood bees and other large pests, but it knocks them down long enough to step on them. It's a lot of fun to use. My only gripes are that it's very, very cheaply made but I expected that. The main problem is the battery lid keeps popping off. I'll probably throw some tape around it. For less than $4 it's totally worth the fun.
