It really does what it claims to do!
1 of 1 found this helpful This product helped me lose weight but I stuck to the plan rigorously! Took a while to get used to just how sweet it tasted so experimented with flavours.I found that coconut milk and grated connamon worked well for me for the 3 weeks of using it daily. Wish Almased did a savoury version.
It is expensive so needs to be used exactly as the plan states or you could be wasting money.
