Samsung J700 Cell Phone
Wanted a good easy to use and not too complicated phone for a friend. I already have one and this J700 certainly ticks all the boxes. Gives big numbers when you are dialling so they are easily read. Its a slide phone which I like as it comes on instantly as you slide it open and goes off the same way so no leaving it connected when you have finished your call. I don't think the camera is very good, but then again I have a digital camera for taking photos. It is also a nice looking phone and looks much more expensive than it really is. Juliette

Dyson Ball DC24 Upright Vacuum Cleaner
Disappointed with the DC24 as it does not have the power of its bigger brother the DC25. The prices are similar for DC24 and DC25 but although I think the DC25 is worth the money. I do not think the smaller DC24 is. I don't think it is worth paying a Dyson price for the smaller DC 24. Even though its small it is still difficult to carry upstairs as the handle does not lock into the base too well and I was frightened it would fall apart on me. The extension tube is difficult to use as its straight and fixed rather than it being flexible. I know Dyson say its good for walls and curtains but how often do most of us do these? Would be much better flexible so that stairs could be done easily as these are done every week of course. The plus points are it is easy to manouvre and because it has a smaller brush head it gets into smaller corners better. But the power only 650 watts for the price you pay for Dyson I would get a pull along one with 1800 or 2000 watts for about £60.

Dainty but effective
For the price paid this is a great matching set and compliments my dress perfectly. You only wear fashion jewellery occasionally, so you don't need to pay a lot of money for it you just need something that matches or contrasts the colour of your outfit and this does exactly that.
