Best Fiber Ever!

I’ve been taking Heather’s Tummy Fiber for years! I just add 2-3 teaspoons to my protein shake in the morning. You can’t taste it, it isn’t chalky, and it just keeps everything moving in a nice, orderly fashion. I would highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with constipation, diarrhea, or IBS— it helps maintain a normal digestive tract. I was buying it on Amazon, but I’m glad to find it on eBay.
